Contact Susmail
Susmail is a small, focused temporary-email service. This page explains the best way to contact the operator, what information is useful in a report, and which requests the service cannot help with because disposable inboxes are intentionally short-lived and unrecoverable.
General contact
For product questions, accessibility issues, broken public pages, or feedback about the guides, contact the operator at [email protected]. Include the page URL, browser, device type, and a short description of what you expected to happen.
Susmail cannot recover expired inboxes, restore burned inboxes, resend messages from third-party services, or prove ownership of a temporary address after the session is gone. If an account matters enough to need support or recovery later, use a permanent mailbox instead of a disposable address.
Abuse reports
Report phishing, malware, impersonation, harassment, spam, credential theft, or other harmful use through the abuse page or by emailing [email protected]. Useful reports include the temporary address, sender, subject, approximate timestamp, and a description of why the message appears harmful.
Do not click suspicious links just to collect evidence. Screenshots, message metadata, and safe context are often enough to begin review while retained data is still available.
Security contact
For suspected vulnerabilities in Susmail itself, contact [email protected]. Please include a clear description, reproduction steps, the affected route or API behavior, and whether any third-party email content or temporary inbox data may have been exposed.
Security reports should focus on the Susmail service, not on suspicious content sent by external senders. Suspicious content belongs in the abuse process; vulnerabilities in Susmail belong in the security process.
